Pearlman Iddon Associates is an Ottawa based company that provides labour relations advice and training to organizations all over Canada. After a discussion with the co-founder Dan Pearlman, I proposed that they could save a significant amount of money by migrating their email and hosting services to another provider. After an agreed upon service outage, I began migrating data services. The most complex part of the process was establishing an office productivity suite. Forecasting the difficulty instituting Office 365, a few computers needed to be upgraded to Outlook 2013 to work with Exchange Server; ensuring that old data was preserved and easily accessible.
